Terms of Service

By commissioning me (Rhys/Cryptokinku), you admit to understanding and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.Commissions of $50 USD or less are expected to be paid in full upfront. Anything exceeding this amount may be subject to a payment plan at request. I will not begin a commission until it is at least partly paid for, and the full size file will not be delivered until it is paid in full. I do all business through PayPal or Ko-fi only.Canvas size will vary from commission to commission, but most start at 2000px by 2000px. Busts/Icons will always be in a square format. You will receive an uncompressed png (or .gif if animated) through DMs or email upon completion.Any additional characters will be assumed to be interacting with the initial character. If not, the characters will be treated as individual commissions and will be charged as such.Turn around time is about 2 weeks to 4 months depending on the complexity of the commission, your position in the queue, and my own schedule. I work a daytime job and run a small business on top of art commissions.For commissions that don’t explicitly fall into the listed categories or if you are unsure of what your commission might count as, DM me on Telegram or my social medias for a quote.I reserve the right to refuse any commission I am uncomfortable with or am unable to complete for any reason. If an exchange has already been made, a proper refund will be issued. Any commissions I cancel myself will be refunded upon my own discretion depending on any progress that has or has not been made. If you wish to cancel a commission and it has not been started, I will issue a full refund. If a commission has already been started, I will issue a partial refund. If a commission is already near completion, I will not issue a refund.All completed artwork will feature an unobtrusive signature denoting me (Rhys/Cryptokinku) as the artist. This signature cannot be removed, and any purposeful removal of the signature may result in blacklisting from future commissions. Cropping for the purpose of profile pictures and similar situations do not count and are fully acceptable.I maintain the copyright of any commissioned work I create unless the commissioner opts to pay extra to obtain the copyright. Artwork cannot be used or resold for commercial purposes, such as by physical products (stickers, shirts, etc.), unless a one-time royalty fee is made. The fee will vary based on the number of images/designs, intended use, product type, and production scale. Anything that goes outside the scope of the original agreement will incrue additional royalty fees.Commissioned artwork may be reposted or shared anywhere by the client and be used for non-commercial purposes. Physical products made for personal use only or as free giveaway items are acceptable and will not incrue a royalty fee unless profit is made explicitly through the sales of such products.
